If you're stuck at the splash screen it's becasue you put too much junk in your rom. Run a very clean ROM. The first thing most of these noobs do is select a buncha programs. Running clean is the best way to go.

i might be a noob but im not that slow

i already had 6.1 runnin and i tried 2 upgrade the rom
thats when all the problems started
i cant get buildos 2 work right now and i cant flash the official sprint rom
im tryin2 get buildos 2 work and see if i can atleast re flash 6.1
