The problem: I can create a picture/video message but it will not send. I can receive the picture/video message, but I cannot download the picture/video.

open up the options for your MMS and click over to the Servers tab. you should see 3 servers listed, change the Verizon server to the default.

There is only one server listed...and it's Verizon.
