my comp wont let me extract the files..it ask me for a password..wat password do i use?

You Don't extract the files.

Install BuildOS and then Copy the RAR files into the Kitchen Subdirectory
Copy the Settings File into the Projects Subdirectory.

Run BuildOS

or, install buildos, and then run updater. After updater runs, then run BuildOS. You should only use the manual downloads if updater isn't working for you.
