Where is the Direct Push option? Also, if you're not getting e-mailed "pushed" to you (I'm not), would it be enabled?

I'm a n00b and I would appreciate some help. Using the Kitchen, every time I attempt to make the rom, it says there isn't enough room. I've tried removing almost everything and still get the error. Do I need a card in the phone or am I just plain old doing something wrong? I ordered a 2 gb and a 4 gb card, but they haven't arrived yet. Any suggestions are MUCH appreciated, this is frustrating. My bootloader version is 2.05

You can't put much in an Apache rom, and even less in a 2.04/2.05 Apache ROM. Building a ROM is unrelated to your SD card. Keep removing, and you'll get there.

Look under the Communication Manager. What carrier do you have? I have VZW and use wireless sync, which does the email push for any email account you set up, and I use activesync for my work exchange email.

Direct push isn't listed outright. But is the technology used when you sync with an Exchange server in active sync. When not receiving email, the phone connectivity is supposed to go into standby mode. With 6.1 (for me at least), the connection stays on constantly, thus draining my battery. The workaround (that I'm not happy with) is to completely turn off syncing with my Exchange server (since even when I do a manual sync, the connection never times out elegantly).
