No, no harm could be done to your kitchen that way.

i have to agree knowing the size or a dialog number explaining the size as u add/remove things could be so useful. i also agree with needing a check box for "overwrite all" would be nice

I get this error after logging in, any ideas?
That is a brilliant idea. Not sure why I hadn't thought of that earlier.

THANKS!!

Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308

This may be a glitch.
When I try to change my voicemail number (usually by opening up the speed-dial list and then tapping edit), it won't let me. I can change the number, but when I tap close (hardkey or button) the window "stutters" but won't close. It also won't change my ringtone.
Neither of these is a big issue as I override both that number and the ringtone with other programs, but on the rare occasion that I use that speed-dial to dial my voicemail, I'd like it to be correct.
No issue with this using the same setup and the previous WM6.

Yes I also had to manually enter bootloader mode to flash. The RUU would not communicate with the phone otherwise. When it did show the info screen, only the new 6.1 update was listed, nothing was listed for what was installed on the phone.

No big deal, the flash went OK and I am testing now.

XV6700, bootloader 1.00, WinXP, new 6.1 kitchen

What are the issues with WPA? The older WPAfix.cab should/should not be used with the 6.1 rom??

It seems that the same fix for the wifi problem from 6.0 works to correct not being able to connect to wpa-psk networks. Turning on and off the wireless in the wireless manager interface seems to get things going. Methinks because of this, that it may be a similar problem, though I have read that you guys already think that you have a fix coming up for this.

Re: Apache WM6.1 Kitchen CE OS 5.2.19716 (Build 19716.1.0.0) - UPDATED 20080308

First off, a BIG BIG thank you to Colonel and GGuruUSA for their help last night.
I now have my xv6700 flashed and, I'd say, about 70% operational.
My phone now has no internet capabilities though (IE, txt, etc), and I think I may have to uninstall/reinstall drivers and such on my XP box as it will not recognize my phone now. Also I can't get rid of this dang white screen so I can't read anything on my today screen, and the phone skin seems to be gone as well. I think I may have goofed up in the selection process, and will try to reflash tonight with different options. Phone seems to be much much slower now as well.
I hope I can get back on the net though, as the phone is also my tethered modem. I'm on from work at the moment.

OH, one more thing. for some odd reason I can't open/login to BuildOS unless I'm on the net. Ideas?

Thanks
