carrier customizations cause problems? Are you referring to the "customizing in 3" carrier customizing? That causes problems because the stock carrier customizations load old WM5 drivers that are not compatible with later WM5 or WM6 ROMs.

thats what i was asking. thats along the lines of what i was thinking. wasn't sure when the drivers loaded though. thought they were all built into the rom for some reason. heh.
thanks gguru.

My wireless internet can't connect to home networks. It connects to unsecured networks fine, like at school, but it can't connect to a secured network at home (WPA-PSK) and I know the password is correct. Any help would be highly appreaciated, thanks.

What are u running 6.0 or 6.1?
If you are running 6.1 I believe the other thread says that running the kitchen updater and rebulding your ROM will fix that issue.

6.0 to 6.1
I resorted my text messages from PIM Backup
It only shows my sent messages, my inbox says 543 messages on the status bar but its empty.
New incoming show fine.

I assume this is because of the new threaded messaging, just a warning to anyone else.
If there’s a quick fix let me know.

*Update-

They all show in my inbox if I disable threaded messging

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Setting s]
"SMSAvailable"=dword:1

:1 to :0

I'm running 6.1, I've run the updater and rebuilt the ROM a number of times with various programs hoping one of them was the problem. Does it matter which Rev I use? I've been using Rev 1, Build OS only offfers up to REV 2.05.

Set Rev to the bootloader version of your phone. Read the directions!

Also, this thread is about a prior kitchen..kindly let it die.
