Try calling out VOIP number when you have WIFI turned on and see if you can pickup the call. Or enable it over 3g and try it and then disable it.
I have to aggree that giving a choice of how to place the call would be nice but I guess MS is pandering to cell companies and does not want to make it to simple for everyone to use. |

Must have been blind. When I bring up the dialer it either shows Voipbuster or Sprint and hence I know whats being used to make the call. One step more would be to let you choose what service you want to use.
