I guess I am online support for these apps that I did not write

You can tell FTouchFlo which apps you don't want it messing with, you just need to add the app (by name) to the exception list, then soft reset.

I am unsure which of these two config files is the right one, for now, I'm just coping one over the other when I make a change... It would probably be useful for someone to figure out which one is actually used

\Program Files\FTouchFlo\FTouchFloConfig.txt
\Program Files\Touch Flo\FTouchFloConfig.txt

Edit - it's just the last one you need to edit.
