i've noticed a decent speed increase since dialing it up 520 yesterday, and now even more since upping it to 624 after watching this tread closely.... no issues so far!

Will this high performance hack work with WM5 ?
I installed it and can't get it to execute... I'm running WM5 with the Kitchen AKU 3.5 custom rom upgrade... Thanks.. |

weird... ok, I'll check that again tomorrow - I didn't see any difference when I measured it today. Did you soft reset after changing the speed or not (just so I can do the same thing?) Thanks!

I have it at 624, and it is wicked fast! Yes it does suck down the power (though not as bad as I had expected - just got a 3200mah seidio so we'll see how that goes) Compared to stock and 520 it really seems to move a heck of a lot faster. I was worried about 624, but since I have the insurance, I figured, what could it hurt

So, y'all are using 6700s? And seeing actual battery differences?
I just put mine into 624 mode, and as expected, no idle battery draw difference before soft reset. Soft reset, and - still no difference. I'll leave it in that mode for a while, but I don't think its doing anything at all - at least on my 6700. |
