Cab Manager

Is WinCE Cab Manager the only software available to break open a cab? I am wanting to create some OEM's but I am not really wanting to shell out $99 to buy a registration code so I can use WinCE.

Any other options, or do I just need to stop being a tight ass and open up my pocket book?

I am not sure what features you need but cabs are just compressed files (.zip). Tools like 7-zip (open source, source forge, free) can open and extract the files on your PC.

What features do you need?

You can also try MSCEInf, which is free.
