Cab Manager
Is WinCE Cab Manager the only software available to break open a cab? I am wanting to create some OEM's but I am not really wanting to shell out $99 to buy a registration code so I can use WinCE.
Any other options, or do I just need to stop being a tight ass and open up my pocket book?
