Want WP7 Mango today ?

I installed it so I could run that backup tool, and everytime I tried to run the update it would say "UpdateWP.exe has stopped responding...".

Whats the error, can some one help me...

Uninstall the UpdateWP utility, reinstall Zune, reboot, run Zune once (including syncing your phone), then reinstall UpdateWP... had the same issue until I did that.
