I dont know who told you that. Because that is how I got my mom on her sero account. Try "Roxie.Ramirez@sprint.com" on sprint.com/sero, it works perfectly.

On the note of SERO accounts ... beware ... Sprint does make random checks to make sure employee's know who the people are that signed up with their email ... I know my Sprint Reps well and they told me that Sprint called to verify myself and my friend adding ... Let me tell you if you don't know the person, you may find yourself paying a lot of backdated charges!!! Not to mention seeing your SERO privelege ripped out from underneath you ... beware ...[/url]

As far as I know, no ... they will simply verify at random ... if they do it probably get smarked ... and/or if it is for an employee who is no longer employed that should not be able to yank it ... unless of course they were fired or no longer work for the company BEFORE you sign up for you account ... so I think it should still be fine if they left or got fired ... long as u got it before then ...
