Ok I was going to buy it, then I realized his case might only fit a gsm touch pro. I'm going to contact them to get a straight answer.

its looking like everything i see for the tp is for gsm, still no reply though.

oh my bad. yeah they said it was for gsm and they dont have a cdma phone so they cant make a custom fit.
