I've always said if you want to take pictures use a camera, not a phone. The only advantage of using your camera is that you can send a photo instantly to someone else. I can almost guarantee that the image quality with this device will be awful. Plus you have to carry it around with you and attach/detach it every time you want to use it. If you're serious about taking quality pics on the small, I suggest buying a Canon PowerShot Digital ELPH. The latest model is the SD850 IS. It has image stabilization, will cost you about $250, and is no bigger than your phone.

I think the whole concept of this device is ridiculous. Tack a lens onto a phone with a ****ty camera. I don't get it.

Hmmm let us put this into perspective. you have a Mogul 2Mp. I can see why you would push off this product in the name of better quality with a standard cam. I have the Omnia though it is gimped like all the rest of the VZW phones, it packs a 5MP cam with image stabilization... (Hyeah it's tight) I will be ordering this lovely $17 lens even though I have a Rebel XTi.
Ohh and yes it will be whipped out regularly on my many travels throughout North America, especially on South Beach where the ladies make the Silicon Valley of CA bow in shame.

From the looks of it the lens connects to the free case they give you not the phone. So if the structure of your CDMA phone does not deviate significantly from the GSM model and fits into the case I would think it will work.
