I'm on it and they screwed up my accounts. If you see "SERO - voice only" next to your phone as the plan, you are going to be charged for data. I had a $75 charge on each of my lines. The issued a credit, but I fear that they didn't actually fix the issue. I guess that I'll see next month.
There are also no details yet about the online esn swaps and if there are any charges involved. |

u2, eh? They migrated me too, and in the process screwed up my account.....put me on a lower plan (same price), no power vision, EXTENDED MY CONTRACT FOR 2 YRS!!! I'm fighting w/ them now.....spoke to retentions, what a waste of time, playing the ecare game now. If they don't get it fixed, I'll be cancelling next month using my get-out-of-sprint card......bums, I like their service, but CS sux bigtime.
