Do you mean you want the lockscreen to appear when you press the power button and be locked or you want your screen to turn off and your device be locked?
If the latter then you can use the standard built in lock and just set it to be locked when the screen comes on.
Are you using 6.1 or 6.5?
I use 6.1 and I use Slide2Unlock Pro for my lock. I like it better than S2U2 because it is much less bloated and has the basic features I want and only uses about 600kb of ram as opposed to 2mb for S2U2.
There is a bit of tinkering required to set it up right but it does the job well.

To remap hardware buttons look for an app called AEbutton.
