Downgrade To Anything But 4.0

I need some help, I need to downgrade my iPod Touch 3G to anything but iOS4. The problem is the file that I had before no longer works. I bet an eror from iTunes, before the process even starts. HAs anyone been able to downgrade. Btw I do not have a SHSH saved on Cydia

The 3rd generation iPods are hard to downgrade because it has the new bootloader, so unless you have SHSH blobs saved you may not be able to downgrade.

I'll look into it and see what I can find.

If you look on craigslist alot of people are swapping ipods for the same reason so I don't think you can downgrade.

yeah the bootloader is too hard core.
