check out this tweet from MuscleNerd of the iPhone Dev Team,

supposedly this tool is supposed to drop soon, but they might be waiting for the iOS 4.1 release so that Apple doesn't patch for the Jailbreak first.

If you look a little below this comment, you will see that the iPhone 4 unlock is very close on the way too!

let me guess they ask for your credit card?

they're fake. They just take your money and send you a message saying "thanks, we'll send you the unlock soon" then wait for the devs to release it...

they did that with 3.1.3 5.12.01 unlock.
