iPhone 4, 3GS on iOS4 jailbreak coming any day.
check out this tweet from MuscleNerd of the iPhone Dev Team,

supposedly this tool is supposed to drop soon, but they might be waiting for the iOS 4.1 release so that Apple doesn't patch for the Jailbreak first.

If you look a little below this comment, you will see that the iPhone 4 unlock is very close on the way too!
