umm..most manufacturers provide ways to sync with outlook, if not all...but some phones do have it blocked by the carriers...

That said HTC sync isnt anything special (its probably one of the worst Android syncs there is actually)..there are FREE alternatives to sync Outlook with Android...which work just as well..some even better :/
