Insurance- Who has it and what are you using( Sprint/Bestbuy)

Im trying to figure out the BestBuy vs. Sprint Insurance delima.
Please- your advice is requested.

All I know thus far is:
BestBuy is $10- unlimited returns, you will receive a NIB phone, everything is covered except being lost or stolen- and no deductiable.

Sprint is $7- with a max of 2 return, $150 deductiable- if stolen/lost, and you will receive a refurbished one.

If you have anything to add( or subtract) please do so-

Thanks in advance

Re: Insurance- Who has it and what are you using( Sprint/Bestbuy)

I've had Sprint for 6 years and had no problems. Last year they replaced my TP 7 times before they got it right. But they DID get me a replacement that worked right in the end. And it is still humming on wifi.

Wirefly, where I got the best price on my new Epic, tried to sell me MDPA insurance. Same price as Sprint but no replacement fee and no refurbs. It sounded good until I checked them on the web. Too complicated. My issues are all malfunctions. Loss is unlikely with my use patterns.

Best Buy gives you a replacement cheapie phone until they try to fix yours. No contacts, no data, no apps, no way to restore them from a BU.

I am staying with Sprint!

exactly how it is. I chose sprint since my issue would be a stolen/lost over a damage with NIB. Deductible is worth it, because you dont have to get a refurbished one if you do a advanced replacement for being paid back later in full (minus deductible)
