Re: Insurance- Who has it and what are you using( Sprint/Bestbuy)
I've had Sprint for 6 years and had no problems. Last year they replaced my TP 7 times before they got it right. But they DID get me a replacement that worked right in the end. And it is still humming on wifi.
Wirefly, where I got the best price on my new Epic, tried to sell me MDPA insurance. Same price as Sprint but no replacement fee and no refurbs. It sounded good until I checked them on the web. Too complicated. My issues are all malfunctions. Loss is unlikely with my use patterns.
Best Buy gives you a replacement cheapie phone until they try to fix yours. No contacts, no data, no apps, no way to restore them from a BU.
I am staying with Sprint!
