From someone that has been using Android for a long time now, as well as WM/WebOS/etc...I used to be like that, watching everything. Then I just kind of forgot about it and never paid attention to it again. I do use AutoKiller, but I also don't install many Widgets/Apps etc... at least not in comparison to most people.
