I should start a new thread... because I don't want to hijack my own post, haha! But my desire for the Shadow is totally gone now that I know it does not have a keyboard. I could care less about even the Evo, because I just don't want a big tablet that makes phone calls. Ha, Droid2 - where art thou so that I might make my long awaited switch from WinMo to Android 2.2!?

im doing my best to wait for some droid 2 details. the evo is really calling my name!! the incredible is awesome but the complete uselessness outside is starting the really bug me! only flaw of the phone (other than no kb, flaw for some not for others)

dont start a new one just change the title to like "upcoming vzw moto droid phones" or something so its kinda all inclusive.

edit after looking at all the pics and the leaked specs this is more like the droid 1.5 than a full upgrade imo. better keyboard, updated processor, 8gb card (droid came with 16gb

) and motoblur are the only real differences listed.

I couldn't handle the keyboard on my Droid, so I never used it. That was a massive drawback for me. If I am going to have a KB I need to be able to use it. The KB in that picture looks a little better I guess, still seems VERY cramped.

So, now what am I going to do with this money I don't have that is burning a hole in my pocket for a phone that I don't want to buy? Geez, can't a guy get some Froyo 2.2, 8mp+ camera, front facing camera, 1ghz+ processor, and some HDMI-out love with any of the planned 2010 device releases!?!?

Say whaaaaaaat? Do tell! Ha, I haven't heard a peep about this. Why wouldn't Motorola automatically make their flagship (Droid) a "Pro" by default? It would be like Mustang coming out with a Cobra "Pro."

I just read this so it might make you happy. Droid 2 has been reported to be clocked at 1000MHz by a reputable source on HoFo.
