I dont see how youd keep the tp over the tp2... everything about that phone was junk to me from the build quality to the keyboard.

TP2 was too big for my tastes. If they had kept the size of the Touch Pro, I probably would have upgraded (especially cuz I'm a Premier customer, so I would've been eligible for full discount).

I actually haven't had as many problems/issues as MANY of the original Touch Pro owners had. I didn't have to replace my phone until fairly recently (when there was that issue with text messages coming in that indicated 2016 as the message received date). They replaced my phone, prior to the reps being notified that a software fix was going to be available.

Nontheless, the EVO 4G (despite being taller than the Touch Pro 2) is a phone that could convince me to upgrade, due to functions avaialble and being Android. I'm done with Windows Mobile.

I feel honored, but I'm not the creator of PPCGeeks, that would be wideawake. I manage the servers and help out wherever needed

LOL...I guess that's what I get for not being active on the message boards for a while.

When the Droid came out, my cousin-in-law got one and I loved the form factor on that phone (qwerty w/ touch screen). Hopefully, the EVO won't make me miss not having a qwerty keyboard.

Re: Windows Mobile ---> Android: Who has made the switch?

I made my switch from my TP to the hero, and have not shed a single tear haha. The only thing that I did miss was the ability to use my garmin or tomtom gps from winmo....but thankfully between sprint nav, copilot, and the new google navigation from 2.1......haven't had a dire need for it.....though if I absolutely needed tomtom/garmin, I could always grab the TP and use the gps functionality.
