Thanks for all the positive feedback on the walkthrough :3 Glad to know this is helping. I figured may as well throw together a rough guide for others.

As for European calls, I haven't a clue. Don't know how it would work doing euro to US or vice versa.

Also, anyone who can add to this guide feel free to leave a post and I'll try and integrate it.
