Sure... why not..your hardspl is already installed so now all you have to do each time is download a rom of your choice and fire away...its addicting, have fun!!

How do you use the screen/buttons after answering a call from the phone being locked?

Re: MatBee 6.5.1 ROM - 5.2.23089

Is there anyway to remove the Lock Device GUI (the slide to unlock thing). Kind of redundent cause I still have to press the center button to unlock. Also, my shortcut key for messaging no longer works. Is it just me or is any one else having this issue. Other then that I like this ROM - Battery life is better then the other ROM I had on it.

Just use the center button to navigate to the unlock button on the screen

Press Start, then Lock Device. Uncheck the enable box. As for the messaging button, go to Start>Settings>Personal>Buttons and re-assign the messaging app to the button (App 4).

Re: MatBee 6.5.1 ROM - 5.2.23089

Acidhax,

Is there a possibility that you can cook a new ROM with 6.5.3 in it? I'm seeing lots of activity on the GSM front, but it seems that the only chef for CDMA Treos is you.

I know that you are posting the files for other chefs to cook a new ROM, but it has been three weeks (or more) since you first post the files and nobody (other than you) has posted a new ROM. How difficult is to cook a ROM with the files you provided? Is it time consuming? I have read the posts at xda-developers that explain how to do it, but no one mention the time it takes to cook. I can do it, but I don't have much free time (I guess nobody else has time either).

Thank you very much for your time.

That doesn't work, If i answer a call from the locked position (answering by sliding the green button over) the screen and keyboard are 100% locked, no amount of key pounding has resulted in anything else for me. This is confirmed on over 10 phones I have flashed with this rom. Everything else works 100% besides this.

Re: MatBee 6.5.1 ROM - 5.2.23089

I'm waiting for my laptop to come this weekend, my current laptop is on its last legs, and it's a horrible horrible experience during cooking. So, I'll get one cooked up as soon as I get a new machine.

Re: MatBee 6.5.1 ROM - 5.2.23089

Acid, Love this rom so far! Please let me know how to remove the start taskbar from the bottom on the classic today screen. Can it be put back on top like like the previous WM versions? Please help. Thanks!

Please look at the picture I attached. I want the start menu back on the top and the "Soft keys" on the bottom just like before. I don't want no fancy round icons for soft keys. I need the classic type Soft Keys.

Please help. I'm sure there is a fix for this.
