Can someone please provide guidance on the "complete" process from unlock to ROM install? My phone keeps disconnecting from the pc. I gcan only get to the grey screen with 0% loaded. The pc then brings up "Error [262]: Update Error". I follow the steps through the recovery, several times to the point it tells me to reboot the host pc and if it the problem continues to contact adminstrator. I have loaded every file possible to the phone and my desktop but i am still unable to complete the 6.5 update. I am running Windows Vista 64-bit SP2 on a HP laptop. ANy help would be grealtly appreciated.
