Hi cmonex,

I'd like to update my Palm Treo Pro to WM 6.5.1 and gave a try to the package you built. When I run it on the device, I get a popup saying that "This package is not intended for your device type! High chance of bricking!!! Exiting!!!".

What's wrong?

does your o2 phone have a sim card?

if yes then you need the gsm hspl.

I ran the RUU,but after it gets finished and restarts I go into the tri color screen and it still show 0.32.SSPL! How can I fix this?

Forget about post above. I used the maanuel .exe thing and ti showed .32 but when I go to it the normal way it shows .36!

My computer will not open the RUU because it is an nbh file. What should I do?

no sir, the nbh file must be renamed "PANTIMG.nbh" then placed on a FAT32 formatted SD card and then into your phone, next Hold the camera and top buttons (screen off button) simultaneously and restart you phone (pull battery and put it back in or use reset button) then follow on screen instructions

After I did what you recommended a Red green blue and white screen came up that says

Pant200
SPL-0.37.0000
CPLD-2

No actual directions came up. What do I do now?

After trying a few more times and rereading the directions I am getting a gray screen but all it says is loading and my computer does not recognize the device anymore so I am not in active Sync

dont worry bout that. just disconnect ur fone from ur pc and soft reset. enter bootloader and see if that info changed. if u used cmonex's unlocker, it shud say .36.cmonex now

When I disconnect it and soft reset it, the phone powers up regularly, where would you like me to enter the word "bootloader" at? Thanks
