Follow these steps.

1) Hard reset your phone using button pattern method (Hold Volume Down + Reset + Power + Send Button)

2) Do it one more time for good measure

3) After your done all that, goto start > settings > system > clear storage.

4) Your Done!

Sometimes the nand chip has troubles when flashing over to new / different roms and has corruption issues.

These steps will ensure a full flush, cleanout of your nand.

2. Relock your phone -> http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=93252
3. Re-unlock with the HPSL (same link)
NOTE: DO NOT TRY TO UNLOCK WITH ANY OTHER HSPL OTHER THAN THE RELEASE VERSION.
