Here is the Leo Rom

I have not tried this, the instructions are simple for dumping it with Calk's.
1)Using winrar/zip, extract the nbh file from the ruu.
2)Open the kitchen.
3) Choose build a ROM (you can do extract here, but I like my way(the GUI way) better).
4) There is a button at the bottom of the screen that says dump nbh/nb/payload. Hit it and point it towards the nbh file.
5)Let the kitchen do its thing and your done.

Alright guys, (and ladies!). I deleted the 21646 as i don't trust it after uploading and downloading it so not sure what the deal was so im gonna make it easy. Dumped the .dio again, fixed the caller-id, added office 2010, redone some icons, added threaded email and a few other mods. I deleted my old 21646 from the kitchen and then added the one i just finished. i excluded my custom regedits for icons and links and built a rom. Flashed and all icons are there. I am syncing to exchange to verify that threaded email works and ill upload to my folder. Im gonna make some changes to how my files are listed so ill let ya know about that when i get done with 21646.

I got a pretty stout connection at home so it shouldn't take but a minute or so to upload once i finalize.

Any chance you have a folder inside the "files" folder that doesn't belong.

No Its empty... but before I got the other error, I also got this Visual C+ "platformrebuilder" popup error. check the picture below
