found one problem sending normal text messages wont let me hit he send button have to use the HTC messaging app to send texts got picturemail working by installing acrosoft and edit the registry

Uploaded working Arcsoft EXT (instead of CAB) to Post #3. Just extract to the Applications folder and cook into the ROM. The registry has already been edited for Sprint users.

uggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i am so sick of this!!! each time i try and cook...the damn thing crashes!!!

There is a bad EXT that's been added more than likely. It's picky on what it allows to be built in. Generally EXT_Package_Builder works just fine to convert OEMs to EXT but not always.
