I uninstalled A/V, Made sure .Net was installed, turned off firewall, switched to a 32-Bit version of XP, and verified my phone is not in airplane mode and Activesync is connected and it ALWAYS stops at

"Please make sure the radio on the phone is turned on and device is properly synced; Please retry or try resetting the phone"

I get this in both the 6.1 and 6.5 rom flashes, no Hard-SPL run yet because it always gives the error and it does it after the installs the cab successfully. Any ideas?

Check your USB connection. You may have to physically make sure it's firmly attached to the phone (that's what worked for me since my USB port was very loose).

Edit: Are you sure you're using the correct unlocker? You list you have a "Touch Pro".

Hi All,
I have the Sprint PT2 and bought the unlocker and finished step 1, but it stalls at step 2. The sync seems to drop off after step 1. I read people's comments and some were successful overcame this step. Please instruct me as much detail as possible how to check and re-connect the sync between PC and PT2 to continue step 2.

question for someone that may have done this.

im going to sell my tp2 but the person wants to use it on at&t. do i just sim unlock and use the patched radio and thats it?

person can use their sim card from att and thats it?

just sim unlock (buy the unlocker), pop in the at&t sim, and go! you or they will have to set the internet up though, don't know anything about that.

ok cool, but what about the patched radio? i dont need it?

well anyone know about the internet? its a girl that wants to buy it and im sure she wouldnt know how to set it up.

flash the 2.32.00 wu after sim unlock and you're golden. the internet is tricky, some folks had to manually edit some things and others had at&t or tmo do it for them. i've got enough wifi sources, so i never bothered setting mine up. i know where the tmo settings for internet are, i haven't seen the att ones.

i guess she could have att do it for her...

are other carries crappy about doing this? setting up other phones on their networks? never dont this so im new to it...
