doesnt the HSPL unlock the security?...like i said i did that 3 times

YOU MUST BE SECURITY UNLOCKED IN ORDER TO USE THIS!!!- if you are not Security unlocked, you will get a Flash Write Error.

Not the same as HSPL. Click on "SECURITY UNLOCKED"

yeah thanks.....i figured that unlocking it via the hardspl was unlocking the security....i didnt realize we had to pay to do it for this device

So far only GPRS AND EDGE. I think I got confused when I saw the G and thought it was 3G.

Great job on the Sim unlock BTW,
Quick question, I used the radio available for sprint on the first day sim unlock was out,

How do you see what radio firmware is loaded?

I am wanting to upgrade, but not sure if I have the 1.96 or something older?

Settings/ Device Info

2.05 was released first.
1.96WU was released today.

When you restart your phone and the bootscreen comes on it shows your radio in the red letters at the bottom left side of the screen.

Sorry, couldn't find this answered elsewhere. Will this allow the Sprint SIM to let me roam on US GSM networks or does the included sim exclude that?

The sim card sprint provided is for roaming on gsm networks over seas. You will need to get an t-mobile or At&t sim card to work on us gsm networks, but you need to be sure to do the sim unlock and flash the appropriate radio first.
