I think the problem is the magic. both radios are on the same chip, so they don't play well together. I'm glad we're finally getting down to the nitty gritty of what makes this phone cool. now to get my hands on one.....

^when you switch back to cdma you have to manually go to connections and select to use you cdma network for data again

After you installed the patched radio, re-install the carrier cab. That's how I got my internet working again. And now I can switch between CDMA and GSM and not reconfigure my settings again

Testing sprint 1.96.00wu radio now. Going well so far with no lockup on juicy.

I'll flash back to unlocked radio and see if I get the 3G or the G. I have seen the E and the G for sure. I am back on stock radio due to testing a problem with SMS/MMS screen just ramdomly popping up. I think I figured out that issue already and will post here since it seems to only apply to folks using a non- sprint sim card.

i cannot get it to flash....every time i end up with error 290....i have unlocked the phone using the HSPL 3 times now....any suggestions?....this should work with stock rom right?(havent chosen a rom yet haha)
