my Touch Pro 2 screen completely shattered yesterday:-( - should i flash to stock before sending it back to asurion? is their a particular stock rom that i should be looking for?

yes, if possible. the stock rom should be in one of the tp2 stickied threads.

when its in bootloader mode connect it to your pc and it will be recognized by your pc
from here you can flash the rom
you have to hard reset the device while its connected to the computer to accomplish this,
have the same phone, HAD (past tense) the same problem, now its fine just make sure you find a stock sprint rom for your phone if you ever need to take it in to sprint, they tend to be shocked when you bring the same phone running wm 6.5 or some cooked rom, while everyone else is running 6.1 on the sprint network, ps dont forget to relock it too.

Maybe this is the right place to post this. How do I access the info that is on my SIM card ? Contacts, Text Messages, Pictures ? This shouldn't be too difficult. However, I can't seem to find a way to do it.

If I missed this in the thread I apologize, but i ddn''t see anyone who had the same problem; I followed the steps to unlock, HSPL, all tha but when I run the patched sprint radio, it flashes from 0 to 100% in 10 seconds and errors out saying I'm using the incorrect RUU. I'm using a Sprint TP2. does anyone have thoughts on this?
