Im using the 6.5 version with manila 2.5, and its working good, even the text messaging works now, because normaly with 2.5 manila the messaging was laggy.

Merdin great work on the rom, im using 6.5 with manila 2.5, and their is some small graphical issues like on the camera tab where you press the little camera icon on the right top corner is kinda blured out, and a few others like on the footprint tab icon.

found a small glitch also on the graphical side.heres a screeenshot of a black that appears
only on some screens. mainly on the add a program
and the program screen. using 6.5.3.

also the period puntuation not working on the slideout keyboard

photos tab, camera and video icons are blurred

Thanks guys im aware of the graphical issues, its a problem with the new manila and images im using, ill have to get that fixed up.

Sprint keyboard fix is posted in #2 post, let me know if it works.

I cant confirm that now since im running 2.5 but i dont believe its on 2.1, and its nothing major, just the launcher bar, the camera icons, and Footprints icon.

switched to 2.1 just to test it out and the graphical glitches are not on 2.1.

For me it is also in the weather animations. Oh actually just checked and its only for sunny and intermit clouds.

Also would it be possible to get the normal white clouds back? Haven't found a way to change that and had the same issue in another rom also.

Besides the graphic issues this is a great rom. Very smooth! Used to love your TP1 roms. Glad to see you back in the mix.

I definitely prefer the white clouds, but the graphic errors are still present in the same animations. Not sure how to even explain it, but something like an pixilated alpha image of a broken up landscape screen and there are multiple one going in reversing directions lol. if that makes any sense at all.

if you can do me a favor, and if you know how to use the SPB Screenshots application which can be found in programs/ MYApps folder, and use that to take a screen picture of the animations.

Not a great view of it, but I think you can understand what its doing.

Those patters are like an animation they go for the duration that the normal animation would and then stop. Like a bad animated gif sequence

i just downloaded the 6.5.3 beta and while extracting it says the file is corrupt. anyone else having this problem or is it just a bad download?

Yes MMS for sprint is working through arcsoft. Its integrated very well actually.

the new 2.1 dusk manila is wat im testing out....its very nice good mem usage however my slide out keyboad period button does not work...verizon and i tried keyboard layout fixes, still not working

Try installing sprints keyboard fix which can be found on the #2 post, and then test it out if nothing then install the verizon one again over that one.

it doesnt work...btw im impressed w dis rom, not that i really noe wat im talking about but i do noe u gotta a whole lotta stuff preloaded onto this phone yet its one of the faster ones i tried out so far. if you could do a titanium rom, preferably a 6.5 n not a 6.5.3, (stability purposes) that would be cool, if not, im chillin on this 2.1 anyway wit manila checked off. but yea the period button is kinda a big deal :)

Hmm ok, i dont have a verizon phone but i had the same issue with Sprint, just installed keyboard fix, and it was working great. Can anyone else on verizon confirm this.

Yea with both 2.5, so it has to be something with my new theme, but just cant find what, because all images, and settings are properly configured, so ill just have to keep looking, i also tried replacing the manila files for the icons and still same.

one more thing is the clean ram is locking up my phone. till i remembered that for it not to lock up you have to use the bottom ok button instead of the middle ok button.

so i guess i'm the only one with this problem. i've downloaded the 6.5.3 about 4 times now and the 6.5 2.5 twice. both error out when i try to decompress them in winrar. the 6.5 2.1 worked no problem. :banghead:
