Dude, I've had a ticket since June 9th and still no response., I've sent an email to cmonex, olipro and their support and still no answer from any of them. I think they just gave up and are going to not support it.

do you know when she came back and mentioned the database error? resubmit one and see what happens.

I am just going to fade away slowly from this thread....I defended them for a long time....but seeing the replys and such....I apologize to anyone I ever said anything to regarding the unlocker.....

Well after having my TP2 since last december I finally decided to try a custom rom (I still haven't even upgraded to 6.5 through the official htc update yet), and just downloaded the hard unlocker. The autoflash says that I've already unlocked before (I haven't, nor have I replaced my device, nor have I unlocked any other phone through this or any computer). Looking back a few pages I see that I'm not alone either... yuck. So from skimming the last few pages, if I'm correct, my options are to either donate ($6 to get something that was supposed to be free to try out stuff I don't even know if I'll like) or to write them but everyone says that their responses are an eternity to receive? Bleh, this sucks.

you are correct. did you have your antivirus and firewall disabled the first time you ran it?

Basically your options are to 1) pay for the unlocker or 2) don't unlock. I think it's gotten to the point with them to not even bother submitting a ticket, they obviously don't care about your concerns unless you're sending them money, and even then they really don't give a rats azz if you have a problem.
