however these posts of you people are really discouraging. should I really ever have bothered? I think the only way not to get fully discouraged in helping anyone is stopping visiting these threads for a while. so do not expect a reply except in email or via the ticket system

I don't think you'll find the post where yesterday I said "liar", because I removed the line instantly as I realized it wasn't going to do any good to anyone. in any case, yes, posting false claims is lying.
