hell yea, you pay for a service your supposed to get what you paid for bottom line, believe me, if I had the time and knowledge to create HSPL and a simunlocker obviously I would charge for it, but I would at least give as much support or a picture by picture tutorial or helpful tips to make sure no one is lost

we have given quite some support:

1) the step by step description, troubleshooting tips (in thread and on oursite), and the support site before the site problem happened (and now it's all in order again!!)
2) in the initial weeks I would come back and reply to each question on the forum - this is of course very time consuming so after a while (allowing for time for people to learn how the program works, common errors, etc.) I would let other knowledgeable people help the newbies. other than that, I really would like to make the day longer than 24 hours.

you are right we did not do a picture or whatever, but I seem to remember that someone else posted a video of the process...? maybe I remember wrong.
