Why am I having to run the unlocker before every ROM flash? I'm using Juicy, and I've had to flash before going to R1, R2, and R3.

i've flashed about 10 roms and have never had to do that.

Flashed about 30 roms and have never seen this and have never heard of this...once you are un-locked you are un-locked....what is happening that is making you re-flash the HSPL everytime before a rom flash...please elaborate...

When I launch the "ROMUpdateUtility.exe" from a ROM archive (Juicy R4) in this case, I get "ERROR [208] : FILE OPEN".

I did make sure that I am connected and WMDC has the phone as Connected.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I'm just doing the same things I did when I had my Touch Pro. I would assume the Touch Pro2 follows the same general rules.

If I rerun the HardSPL Unlocker, the ROM update utility works fine the next time I try it.
