I have never done HSPL before and this is my first htc device. When i try to do the HSPL unlock it says that i have already done it on other device. I have opened a ticket as well on the link from the first post and have been waiting for their response. Do you know how long does it usually take for them to respond?

downloaded the .zip file 5 different times on 3 browsers... cannot extract the file (shown as corrupt)... is it me?

Win7 64bit, using WinRAR

No, I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with it - I am getting a CRC failed error.

And just in case it had _something_ to do with it, I disabled all antivirus and re-downloaded... same error.

Had the same problem with mine and ended up running it from within the 7zip by just opening the file and double clicking on it.. weird..

the relocker for sprint will not open... i downloaded it but the EXE file isent opening.... i dont understand.... any help out there *NEVERMIND* i clicked run as administrator and it worked.

what troubleshooting steps have you performed that are mentioned in post #1 and #2 and repeated frequently in this thread? is this a replacement phone? have you unlocked a tp2 before? is the unlocker telling you that you have unlocked before when you choose automatic?
