that is same for me, it will go through the steps like it is going to flash but does not get pass the 0 percent

Finally we getting somewhere. I will try to unlock from a different IP but funny thing is i unlocked 3 phone with this one. But i will still use that advise, and also try like 20 or 30 times like someone else posted. Thanks saibot . Cant now tho..THE GAME IS ON!! nba baby!!

hey guys, fixed the hardspl issue, to anyone that is having issues where the spl will display error or not connecting i would suggest you look into your running services and disable and anti virus's you are running closing them in task manager will not work, you must must manually type into the run box 'services.msc' find click stop on the running process's reboot and then once that is done, hardspl should be able to run without a problem!

hmmm, guess it's possible they could be checking MAC address as well, or maybe just a cookie. Not really sure how it works. The bad part is that you have already donated which should give you unlimited unlocks. Maybe cmonex is really backed up with another project.

i'm still having issues, I've turned off all that I think I can but I'm still not getting past 0% after multiple attempts.

this is a replacememnt device, right? are you getting an error message? when you choose automatic, does the unlocker tell you that you have unlocked before and gives you the option to donate?
