When trying to extract I get the following error message: "

What should I do?

Ok.. I have unlocked my phone any had custom roms on it before.. but today after installing a new rom :

Soo I NEED help.. I installed this software successfully and all was good.

(The 23541 Build is the one I used)

But I also after testing it all out and loving it.. I decided to put android on the SD card and try checking that out.

That worked out nicely as well actually. BUT I did a restart of the phone... and NOW I it just says Touch Pro 2.. then
the HTC logo with the "quietly Brilliant" text and audible chimes.
then the energy logo on the bottom of the screen like it's gonna load THEN reboots.. showing again

As you can see it reboots. is there some way to go into bootloader mode on the phone direct THEN connect it to my laptop and RE-INSTALL a diffrent Rom once its up in tricolor mode?

I dont know what else to do.

Just do a search for loading ROMs via the SD card - probably the same way that you tried android.

I was able to get the HSPL on my phone after turning off my anit virus software and everything is great enjoying the MightyROM as we speak

Verizon sent me an email a few days ago, saying that a new rom was available. So I flashed it onto my phone and all was fine for a few days. Yesterday the battery drained extremely quickly and then I started to have issues with the backlight. I decided it was time to go with a custom rom.

I have been trying to unlock the phone, unsucessfully.

I keep getting the error message "please make sure the radio on the phone is turned on and the device is properly synced"

well...is your radio on and is it synced?

Its synced without a doubt, as I can transfer files from my pc to the phone. I'm assuming the radio is on as I can make calls.

My girl just got her TP2 today, and her version is 1.21.651.4 but the RUU HSPL is 1.21.651.3, will this cause any issues when I goto unlock her phone..??

Have you checked all the usual culprits including virus scanners, firewall, running as adminsitrator, etc?

you can transfer files in disk mode and not be synced.
