The links for the Verizon stock rom are timing out still after numerous tries and the mobile underground links give a 404 error. Anyone have any other suggestions for getting this rom? Can I just relock the SPL and hope Verizon doesn't notice? Thanks for any help.

Always load the official rom and relock before returning. here you go.

Man I am truly loving the VW 2.23 radio!! It is the best Ive tried so far. I am in the South and I am on Sprint. This works Great!! Thanks for the thread.

Anyone else having issues trying to download the stock sprint rom?

It never completes for me and goes at about 20kbps..

quick question when you flash back to a stock rom do you also go back to that rom's radio as welll?

For the touch pro 2, yes. If you look at the file name of the roms in the first post, you'll see the radio version number.
