thanks cfay, i put this ruu to the test and i was able to create a rom. I just don't know how stable it was, because of course i couldn't flash it to anything.

so this is pretty much just for radios then? because if you flash a rom dont you usually have to hard reset anyways?

Simply use this RUU in the same folder as a rom and it will do the rest.
