The animation on the home screen doesnt work if you use a background image. To see animation there again simply revert back to the black BG image.

Hi Chris,

Since you are the guru of phones,do you know if it's possible to make some of the droid apps work on a cdma phone...Can yhey be converted to cabs and make them functional?
I have been following the droid port to TP2 and noticed some really cool applications and I was wondering if it's possible to make them work on windows.

ok Cfay, somethings up with remote desktop, I located a few cabs for it and installed it. different versions, none work, so i reflashed 1.4 and only did remote desktop and no love. I then went back to 1.2 and it wmrdp works. know what might be doing this? thanks

I installed the Sense 2.1 Email Tab Add-on V2 ported from Sense 2.5 cab to get the full page mail image offered with sense 2.5 (it did not work). But it's a cool idea that's starting to appear in other Sense 2.1 ROMs... maybe you can pull this off as a cab or feature of 1.5?
I subsequently installed SilenceROM 2.5 Mail Tab.cab which doesn't break Sense, but the email page doesn't fully fill the screen. Food for thought.

Cfay, any idea why brithdays dont sync properly from outlook to phone? birthdays that land within daylight savings time are all early by one day. it's strange.
