go to settings then click on clocks and alarms. change your time zone and time to the correct time there and then update your location. this goes into the windows side of it instead of the senseUI side

it is not letting me change the time zone and when i change the time it is rolling back to the original -8 time zone like i said earlier the time zone is not selectable

what version are you running? on 21889 it works just fine, if i remember right something similar is possible on the 6.5.3 builds too....


start>settings>clocks & alarms>time

ill probably load a 6.5.3 build tomorrow, ill see if i can find the fix for it for ya

If you change the time by clicking on the clock on the 'home' tab, you cannot edit the TZ--the TZ is displayed but cannot be changed. To adjust the TZ, you need to use the steps listed above (i.e., change time through 'settings' menu).

there is a fix that you can put into your prov.xml file that will fix this on a hard boot install. im working on putting together a generic one for people to use that might help them overcome issues with flashing multiple roms a week...
