i am using 21889 and my battery is dying fast, i fully charged at 5am, and i slept from 7am to 1pm, i received like 10 txt msgs, my battery is down 60%

what version are you running? on 21889 it works just fine, if i remember right something similar is possible on the 6.5.3 builds too....

start>settings>clocks & alarms>time

ill probably load a 6.5.3 build tomorrow, ill see if i can find the fix for it for ya

Did you turn down the backlight? it's set to max. And take the vibrate off of text msg notifications.

task manager in tools seem to give a graphix bug when you go to regedit setting...

I think the screen is not shutting down. When you receive a text message, it stays lit and will use up the energy. Also, I remember, I had surfed the net and some pages autorefresh - that will kill it too.

It's when you are connected to a computer the data arrows show a phone instead of the data connection arrow bars. I just saw the arrows pop up and then change back to the phone icn real quick. Now I see the Signal bar. All this while phone is syncing....

I turned the backlight to auto adjust, my phone lasted only 12 hours and its dead. hehe. I noticed that the backlight doesnt automatically "DIM" down after 10 seconds (the time i set), and doesnt turn off the device after 1min (again the time i set), anybody encoutering this problem?

2 questions. Where do I find the carrier provision cab on this rom? And why no voice command?? This is by far my favorite rom for my TP2 but its missing that one thing. Anyone have a voice command cab or a link to one?

does any of you guys got system seven working with this rom? it wont let me install for some reason and if u have it working do you mind posting the cab file.

Another thing, i notice when link my contacts to facebook it doesnt appear the option to also upload birthdays like it use to be before, any cab to fix that?
